Reservation Cancellation
No cancellation is allowed after the reservation has been made. Please check the ride date and time carefully before making a reservation.

No-shows
No refunds will be provided in the case of a no-show (failure to appear at the ride location at the scheduled time).

Special Circumstances
In the event that the service cannot be provided due to natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
